When you pay our pet* deposit, you'll be provided with dog treats, a dog cushion, extra towels and blankets, bowls, and toys for your companion. We do not currently have "pooper scooper" service, so we ask that you clean the yard before you check out, and we provide poo-bags for cleaning up after pets.  Assuming there are no damages, part of your pet deposit may be returned to you after cleaning services have completed their inspection of the property.

We have a doggy door for convenience, but we request that it remain closed at night and when the weather dips below 50 degrees to prevent unwanted guests and pests.

*Due to severe allergies on the part of the hosts who are often at the property between guests, cats are forbidden from the house. If you are unable to provide documentation that your cat is a registered service animal, there will be no exceptions. Additional charges may be applied if cats are brought into the house.

Your hosts have a small child and understand how challenging it can be to pack when you have a full entourage in tow. Give us advance notice of the ages of your children and we will supply a pack-n-play and changing pad, high chair or booster seat. Side rails for the bed are always available and easy to find, as are toys or other child-friendly entertainment. For older children, we always have books and comics, games and puzzles, and offer free wifi with a Roku. 

Currently, we do not offer laundry facilities on site. You will be provided with adequate linens for the duration of your stay - additional linens can be found in the closets of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Contactless linen delivery is available. If you'd like to have your personal items washed, this can be easily accommodated though additional fees may apply depending on the nature of your request. 

Hampers can be found in the bathroom and each sleep-space  (in some cases, hampers are in closets, in others they double as tables as seen in the photo).

The home will be professionally cleaned before and after your arrival.

We require guests who are staying for longer than 10 days to secure additional cleaning services throughout their stay. You can do this by contacting our cleaning service professionals directly to set up service dates and payment.  Failure to do so may result in additional fees to cover the cost of post-stay cleaning.

Be sure to lift the ottomans and check the bedroom closets for extra blankets.

Our potholders double as trivets and hanging on the wall in the kitchen near the stove to maximize space.

Kitchen linens are reusable and disposable and should be found on top of the mug rack near the coffee station.  Fresh sponges are put out for each guest and extras can be found in the drawer between the stove and the sink.

*Since we don't have a washer and dryer on site, we didn't want to take a chance on used kitchen linens collecting mildew between cleanings. If you don't find these, please reach out to us during your stay.
